My definitions of fitness are taking care of the body, being able to move and enjoying physical activities, especially golf

Covid-19 has made us all rethink how we live.  I have learned no gym, no problem.

Bands, hand weights, and bodyweight exercises, and you are good to go.

Lulu is my 3rd Rottweiler, and she motivates me each day to keep moving and to be fit.

My philosophy of fitness 

Fitness is not being "skinny or buff", but fitness means you can functionally move.   You can participate in everyday routines as well as engage in the activities you love, especially golf .  

I specialize in

Golf fitness; identify the fitness areas you need to improve your golf game and work with you to make you Golf Fit.  I am not a golf instructor!  I am happy to work with your golf instructor to make you the best golfer you can be.

NASM - Nation Academy of Sports Medicine
Bellevue College - Personal Fitness Trainer program
