I am writing to recommend the golf conditioning program provided by Kristi Growdon and Rottiefitness.
I am an everyday golfer, and have been doing the exercises for about three months. My distance from the tee box and fairway has increased. I feel stronger and more flexible.
The warm-up program has been a help, too. Prior to getting specific instruction from Kristi, I felt my warm-up efforts were random and not particularly effective.
I appreciate Kristi’s knowledge and training from the Titleist Performance Institute. Titleist offers many brief exercise videos which are extremely informative and helpful. I decided that if I am going to make the time and effort to exercise, it only makes sense to receive instruction specific to my needs with the focus to enhance my golf swing. Kristi’s guidance is greatly appreciated!
